Dr. Wagner and the store staff did a great job. (That’s why 2 stars) However it’s been 8 weeks since ordering glasses and still no idea when I will get them. I called their customer service number to find out it’s taking 8-12 weeks to fill orders. If I would have been told that before paying for the glasses I would not have ordered any. And I’m pretty sure I will not be purchasing glasses again from Meijer.
2-3 wait for glasses, a bit much, but zero communication in regard to the addional week delay, unacceptable. Would not recommend
Terrible experience here. Been waiting 5 weeks for contact lenses, still no end in sight. (prices are also considerably higher than my previous provider) Update - it's now been 7 weeks - still waiting for contacts.
