Terrible experience here. Been waiting 5 weeks for contact lenses, still no end in sight. (prices are also considerably higher than my previous provider) Update - it's now been 7 weeks - still waiting for contacts.
We had an exceptional experience at Meijer Optical with Dr. Wagner. After being with our prior eye doctor for many years, we decided to make a change as both my husband and I were still having issues with our vision. Yeah, don't go here. Ordered glasses from them 2 months ago (they said 2-3 weeks before arrival) then they got lost in the mail, which obviously isn't their fault but still annoying. Then they re-ordered them, it's been 2 weeks since then and they haven't called or updated me since and when I call them they don't answer half the time or say "they'll get back to me". Paid $400 and at this point I just want a refund because 2+ months for glasses is crazy.
