Purchased a pair of glasses and have had problems with the frames ever since, not sure if its defective frames but other than that the service has been great! 3 times since April I have had to have them repaired and it's only August now.

I recently showed up for my schedule eye appointment and was told I was not on the schedule and that the computer had lost other appointments. I was not treated with much professional curtesy and made to feel I had not made the appointment when I had. I will not be back

Crystal is very helpful and ordered bifocal lenses for frames I bought elsewhere. I picked the glasses up and they are great. A few weeks later I wanted help with my old frames which had a broken arm. I called and talked Lexi she was very generous to look at them. After getting to the store they proved challenging because of the spring. Doug pitched in and together they were determined to get the glasses repaired with parts I supplied. I tell anyone reading this post , went to meijer optical few weeks ago. Best in michigan city, forget those high dollar private places , I've been to them all. The optometrist is a 1st class dr. The staff in unbelievable, nice, helpful, very friendly 5 stars all around.
