Website says open at 10am get there and the door says 11am. Go kill an hour and come back, still not open. Guess they don't care to open on time. Another lady was there waiting for them to open as well
Called and left 3 messages on 3 different days, but there was no response. Got ahold of someone yesterday and said the systems were down at 445 pm. Said would get a call back today, no call. I've been waiting for glasses for my daughter to come in, and still no call or response. They do not answer the phone. The best option would be Sams Club if you can wait for the appointment.
They did an excellent Job fitting me and responding to my questions for new glasses.
Great service, friendly, and helpful. Will go the extra mile for a client no questions asked. Genuinely cares about their clients. Resolved an issue with my glasses no one else could figure out.
Super friendly, highly professional people.
