I have been calling this place for 2 weeks and the only option is to leave a message I've left several messages and not return. And the online scheduling isn't working either.
About a yr ago I got an eye exam and glasses..it cost me $400+.. about a month ago the line that holds the lenses in came out. I brought them in to be fixed and was told to take them to America's Best for repair...REALLY ??? When I complained the girl kept them and my number and said it would be about a week and she would call me. Here over 4 weeks later I have not heard a word and no phone call in all this time . ..trying not to be angry but the cost and no service is pushing this past the limit New info !! Website says open at 10am get there and the door says 11am. Go kill an hour and come back, still not open. Guess they don't care to open on time. Another lady was there waiting for them to open as well
Called and left 3 messages on 3 different days, but there was no response. Got ahold of someone yesterday and said the systems were down at 445 pm. Said would get a call back today, no call. I've been waiting for glasses for my daughter to come in, and still no call or response. They do not answer the phone. The best option would be Sams Club if you can wait for the appointment.
They did an excellent Job fitting me and responding to my questions for new glasses.
