I have been using for years, but unfortunately they are now nothing but a headache. After 7 months I am still waiting for my contacts (after receiving both expired contacts and then the incorrect strength). They've actually told me three separate times that they do not know what my prescription is - twice asking me what they were supposed to order. They are often unexpectedly closed, and on the rare occasion you can get a hold of them and they answer the phone - they say they will call you back. I can't imagine a worse exper... read more
My husband and me work at Meijer for 25 plus years and have called several times without a response..they say they will call back but then never do...I wouldn't recommend going to the optical ..
I was a very loyal customer for years at the Grand Rapids location. This year I had to cancel an appt because of an unexpected work meeting and was scolded on the phone. I will not be going back. People have things come up and scolding a patient is not going to help anyone's business. Ever.
They are absolutely fantastic group of Dr. there. I have never gotten such a perfect set of glass so so so perfect in my 30 plus years of wearing eye glasses. Im serious , the Doctor was extremely professional. Took the time and absolutely hit it out of the park. I believe in this group of Professionals With the care of my eyes. And so should you.
