I am completely blown away by the customer service and the quality of workmanship. My ring is an heirloom ring that has been passed down for many years and it was in desperate need of repair. They go above and beyond for you. They also have great cookies and hot tamale candy which they share wholeheartedly. They were so good with my son and his fiancee.

I have to say, Meigs is the only place to shop for all your jewelry needs/wants. My husband and I have shopped for an upgrade on my wedding ring, for our 24th Anniversary and Todd, Kristy and the rest of the family took the absolute best care of us.
