I appreciate the personal customer service. Whenever I call on the phone, everyone I talk to is always very helpful and friendly. Changes to our insurance policy, especially, adding or deleting cars, is always so easy and quick.
What a great team at MLL! First I worked with Chris who provided great service and later Will who did the same. Both Chris and Will were professional, fast to respond, and the pricing for my business insurance was very competitive. When I call the office, I always get a friendly voice on the other end; what more can I ask for? Thanks MLL!
