I purchased a ring and it was not comfortable for my significant other. I returned and explained the problem and the staff was super helpful and I got a new setting and had the diamond reset within 30 minutes. I recieved some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.
I went in not knowing what I wanted as an engagement ring, when I left I had fallen in love with a couple rings. Krista took time, and listened to my likes and dislikes to help me find my dream engagement ring! She then contacted my fiancé (boyfriend at the time) and they worked out the rest of the details.
