Best luxury watch department in the metro area, period. Great customer service and after the sale follow up. David Jasinski provided a stellar buying experience and went out his way to make sure I was able to acquire the watch I wanted, despite the fact it was a hard to find item. They've earned my trust and I will be a lifetime customer.

I love good customer service. I visited this very high-end jewelry shop I got from Google because Walmart could not change my watch battery. I went in, missing the 'take a number" sign. They greeted me letting me know someone will be with me. An associate offered me several beverages and she made me a cherry limeade. They called the next number which was the lady that came in after me. The associate said ma"am she was here first. #awesomecustomerservice
I used Meierotto's for my wife's engagement ring, wedding ring, and my wedding ring. Every experience we have had with them has been exceptional. They went above and beyond to create a wedding ring for my wife that utilized family diamonds I had and also fit my wife's style perfectly. They are a great family run jeweler and we will definitely be returning.
