As soon as I arrived at the dealership, James, who goes by the nickname "Big Red," greeted me with a smile. He is personable, funny, and knowledgeable about everything related to Honda. I also sensed that he stayed late to ensure I was comfortable with the Honda Civic he sold me, truly going above and beyond with excellent customer service!
Recently went to purchase a used suv and do financing be careful what you say to the financial advisor as they screwed us up on a car loan and got us denied as they told the bank my girl friend isn’t working which is not true also be careful with sharing information as they will run credit checks n try you as a co signor without permission. Went to another dealer ship and got denied again as they provided false information.. had no issues getting approved else where 30 days ago.
