I repaired my car. 3 times in 2 months. When asking this on phone. She spoke very rudely. This is only service station so behaviour like this.
Did warranty work for a family member. Warranty component was replaced, but in the process they pulled a bolt through the subframe, and caused a more expensive repair than it went in for. Then they denied it. Brutal service experiences seem to the trend of these reviews. Yep, can confirm. One of the lower rated Honda dealers in the province, for a reason.
We went everywhere for the deal and didn’t get deal even from Edmonton, Calgary but we got deal in Saskatoon from James Coral(big red). Thank you so much.
Good service and friendly staff. Everything was explained clearly and the work was done on time. Prices are definitely on the higher side, but that’s pretty typical for a dealership. Overall a decent experience.
