My worst medical experience ever. Firstly, they never answer phone calls even when they are not busy at the office (personally noticed). If they do and they schedule you an appointment, a nurse practitioner will see you and NOT a doctor. If you’re lucky and they schedule you an endoscopy soon, the follow up appointment will never happen! I asked several times and tried to schedule an appointment, they called me after few voicemails and scheduled me for the next month for a 12 pm. Avoid this provider! The gastroenterological procedure was a nightmare. They performed a biopsy without informing me, charged extra, and never followed up with results. Phone calls go unanswered, and wait times are absurd. Save your time and money—look elsewhere!” 🌟
