If this offices' sole purpose is to deter potentially new patients, then please keep that wonderful receptionist you have to keep answering calls. "Hello do you take x insurance?" "Yeah we do, why, what's the problem?" And proceeds to interrogate me for my symptoms. You can't lose what you don't have, and in this case, having no courtesy, decency, or professionalism on a call equals no new patient. Hard pass.
Not happy about his trips to isreal and keeping patients below his precarious, precious State, duel citizens shall not be trusted
