I recently had a visit with Dr.Fields. I found his staff lovely.He himself very kind, professional and knowledgeable. Great bedside manner & spoke to you like a person not a doctor.Using easy terminology to make sure you understand what’s going on.I appreciate this approach of patient teaching very much.
What impressed me the most about Dr Cook is that she asked me how I am managing as my mother’s caregiver. That meant a great deal to me as no other provider has ever been concerned with me and my responsibilities. Dr Cook also offered some thoughts on how to make my job easier and I feel very confident that if I need help going forward, Dr Cook will be there for both my mom and myself.
Staff was very friendly. Did not have to wait. Dr. Gold was very nice.
Dr Neef really is a good doctor. He is very knowledgeable & stays up to date on his medical knowledge concerning the latest advancements in medicine. He is very kind, thoughtful, patient, and respectful. If there is something that is beyond his scope of medicine, he tells you, he admits it, and he doesn't try to treat what he cannot. Instead, he will refer you to someone who he knows can effectively and properly treat whatever it is, and you can feel confident in knowing he will refer you to someone who will also provide you... read more
