Called to reschedule my appointment from December to find out they listed me as a no show. I received two phone calls prior to this appoint. The first being automated, to which I said I would be unable to attend. The following day, I received another call from office staff. They were checking to see if I was coming. Dr. saw my 93 yr old mother for hearing loss and some balance issues. He was excellent with her and helped to resolve her issues. His office staff was also friendly and courteous.I would highly recommend him.

My 91 year old mother has had 3 appointments with this doctor. The first appointment was cancelled by the doctor's office. The office said they left a voice message on someone's phone. Whose, we will never know. The second appointment the doctor did a sonar test (or at least that's what the receptionist told me yesterday 9/3/2024). The wait to for your appointment is absolutely insane. The doctor is kind but the office staff is extremely disrespectful unorthodox and lacks severe integrity and organization skills. Met with the ENT over 2 months ago. Was told my son needed tubes put in his ears. Called to schedule surgery and was told I needed a consent form over a week after I called to schedule the surgery. I signed the consent form the same day I was asked and had to call back SEVERAL times over the next 3 weeks to get a surgery date. The surgery scheduler was not kind.
