Bought a Audi a5, got told and shown a receipt from a shop that replaced the top end of the car, and the salesman said he had some oil leaks he fixed, 2 weeks later the engine starts knocking out of no where and gives out (I was extremely easy on this car). I am currently replacing the engine in my shop and his “fix” for the leak was jb weld and gasket seal. I pulled the drain plug straight out and the oil pan didn’t have any threads. Went in here today. My wife’s car went cuhput yesterday and I needed a replacement fast. I spoke to Samir and asked him if I could test drive one of their SUV’s? I told him I’d be gone for at least 45 minutes and he said, “where are you going…Oklahoma?” He was in fact very gracious as I was gone over 2 hours! I came back and told him the car was great but that my mechanic had flagged one thing on his check, I showed him the invoice and he adjusted the price very fairly. Great people.
