Dr Busse is a very caring Doctor and very good with children. Highly recommend
I had the absolute worst experience with this office. I scheduled my daughter’s procedure back in August for October 24th, and everything seemed set. Then, just two days before surgery, Ashley called asking for my daughter’s PCP number for pre authorization something that should’ve been handled long before. I did everything I could, got the info they needed, and even confirmed with Ashley the day before that we were good to go. This was our first visit with Dr Megyn, probably the 10th visit with a pediatric eye doctor for our 5 year old. Till date an eye exam has never gone this well for her. The exam room set up and apparatus is extremely child friendly. Dr Megyn has a very calm demeanor that worked well for our daughter.
I called due to an urgent matter & I spoke to Amanda she was wonderful she got me worked in the same day. Dr. Busse explained everything clearly, which made me feel really comfortable and cared for. My dad is also a patient of Dr. Thai and his doctor did an excellent job with his exam as well. We both felt we were in great hands. Thank you all for your great help.
