I could write a novel on how Dr. Busse has changed our lives in a week but instead I will keep it short and say she is the best doctor we have ever encountered and forever grateful for her legitimately healing our daughters eye. I don’t know if we’ve ever had an experience like we did with Dr. Busse and we are so appreciative of her.
Even this review that im making now is too late but anyway, i have to say that dr . Megyn is the best !!! another dr. Told us that my kid should do surgery for his eyes and there is no medicine could help him, then we went to dr megyn and she prescribed him medication and said no need for any surgery , and the results was amazing, plus her kindness! She's the best!!!!!
We scheduled an eye appt with Dr. Busse 3 months in advance for Dec. only for us to get a call three weeks before our appt to tell us that it was an error and they are not scheduling on said date and provided us a rescheduled date of Feb 2025. Is it our fault that the staff made the mistake? No. So why should we be penalized for it. I started seeing Dr. Busse when I was five, back in 1996. At that time, she told my family that my vision was pretty bad, and we'd be lucky if I could ever see well enough to drive. I still go to Dr. Busse, and I have been driving for 11 years!
Dr. Busse was extremely thorough in her exam and was able to improve my daughter's glasses prescription above and beyond what two previous optometrist visits could accomplish. My daughter was thrilled at the improvement in her vision when trying on her new glasses for the first time!
