Honestly from my personal experience at Megs Cars , They were very professional they handled my situation and went out of there way in a manner that was far beyond any dealership I have been to....I had a haundai xg350 perfect condition never ANY problems....customer service was EXCELLENT!!! Worst experience I've EVER had with a car lot!!! Had engine trouble and and had to dump a ton of money into the car...called and spoke with salesman and told him payment was only partial due to repair costs and would be made up on next payment, he said NO PROBLEM!! Two days later car was repossessed and they wanted full balance to give it back... Never got the car back after dropping $1K on the engine work!! Went to lot to talk to owner...he sent his skinny little bodyguard outside to get a GUN from his car and made us leave... read more
