My wife had a procedure done more than 2 years ago, and was overcharged $421, based on the contracted out of pocket costs as specified in the dental insurance statement. Despite numerous requests, this amount was never refunded. Other doctors' offices process such refunds quickly and without issue. Do not recommend.
Dr. Mego is literally the best! Pain free experience, A+ customer service from start to finish, very clean environment and friendly staff!
Dr. Mego was great easing my already anxious and nervous son. He explained what he was doing and talked to him throughout the procedure. He was patient and worked diligently so that my son could be as comfortable as possible.
If there was a "ZERO STAR" I would share the experience as inhumane. Doctor only cared about HIS financial gain rather than take care of an EMERGENCY that was referred by rodeo dental. No blame to them just the acknowledgement that the emergency was not the same day instead he wanted us to come tomorrow. My son was and STILL is in excruciating pain in which Sir Mego replied "COME back tomorrow!" Due to chips not paying him immediately. Takes a 24hr period AND this is an emergency?!? Explain that? Horrible front office. They expect you to pay the whole visit the day off appt. than they will file so you can get reimbursed. Every where in the US you pay your copay and they file with your confirmed dental insurance.
My sons experience was so amazing. He has such a light hand and great technique and state of the art equipment. I want to thank Dr. Mego and his amazing staff for such a great experience. 5 star review definitely.
Dr. Mego is an exceptional doctor. He has very good bed side manners. He was able to detect my daughter's pain on her tooth and it was due to the material that was used. I'm so happy my daughter is no longer in pain. Thank you doctor.
