Very very professional, thorough and respectful. You know what you're going in for, and the whole crew was super kind, caring and patient, even the doctor herself. My blood pressure was off the charts going in, but they soon calmed and comforted me lowering it 20 points or more without meds. I had 3 moh's procedures on my face within 6 months. Surprisingly, I do not look like a monster at all. Scars? Yes. But they do a fantastic job with faces, my local docs compliment 'her masterpiece' when they meet me.
Dr. Seago did Moh's procedure for huge basal cell ca encroaching on his eye, made sure all borders clear while saving his eye. He had several weeks of post-op wound care but looks almost new today. She was great with explaining everything as we went along with easy-to-follow home care directions. Additionally, she goes above and beyond as needed with a patient. My husband walks out of medical care offices, leaves hospital AMA but this is the only dr he not only agreed to see but respected and is happy with his care.
