She was very polite and thorough and discussed everything with me step by step. Put together a plan of action, and the office was so fast at making sure my auths were approved and getting me scheduled where I needed to go.
I really like Dr. Piccinin! I was reading other comments and doc is right. She can’t wave a magic wand to make us better. However, she can help us have as few migraine days as possible. I appreciated her transparency and kindness. She was really helpful. :)
WOW...after reading several if these reviews, I know that it was not just ME. I left nearly in tears. After suffering 20 hrs with chronic headaches she also told me she doesn't have a magic wand. VERY SHIRT and unpathetic. Barely looked us in the eye. She's in the wrong profession.
What a horrible doctor! She told my loved one today that she does not have a magic wand to help her headaches. She was condescending, rude, annd extremely arrogant. She does not deserve to have patients. She had absolutely no empathy whatsoever. No doctor on earth deserves to have patients if they do not care for people. I am not sure if it was that she does not care for people of color, but whatever the reason, she should be banned from practice.
She really helped with my chronic migraines when I was suffering so much. She was kind and caring and her staff were excellent too.
