Doctor Harper-Shankie was wonderful. I’ve never met a Doctor who made the appointment fun. She was very interactive and playful with my daughter. She also, seems very knowledgeable and was helpful getting to the root cause of my daughter headaches. Gluten intolerance, it’s also wonderful to see a doctor who believes in natural pathic treatment. Highly recommend!
No compassion. My son has been waiting for this appointment for 4 months. It took 4 or 5 calls and voicemails to actually be able to speak to someone to make the appointment. I have been staring at the appointment time on my calendar for months. I wrote it down while I was making the appointment. I took the day off work, woke up early, and made sure everything was in place. I was not sent any kind of instructions on where to go once arrived, so I made sure I left early. Fantastic Doctor. We felt as though she was very thorough with her assessment and very personable. We would give her 10 stars. However, her office has had to cancel our appointment several times. That is understandable. This last time, they were unable to reschedule, stating that her next schedule is not out yet. They instructed me when to call back. I have called back 5 times and left messages each time that I am trying to schedule an appointment. I have yet to receive a call back. She ordered an MRI for my child that came ... read more
Dr. Harper is my daughter neurologist and she is a fantastic doctor. Not only she is very caring but also she makes sure my daughter receives the right type of help-treatment. So blessed to have a Dr. like her in our lives~
