This is NOT STANFORD UNIVERSITY medical center in Palo Alto so please stop advertising like you are. My wife recently had a delivery at their Labor and Delivery unit at Tri Valley and it was absolutely the worst experience--ever. Just got stitches there and was pleasantly surprised by how good the whole experience was. From the facility to the caregivers it was excellent.
So bad! Don’t go to her. I have never been the same after a surgery with her. I never recovered. She was a fake and pressuring me to do procedures I didn’t want to do. . Takes pictures of people’s insides on personal phone during surgery. She was surprised when I asked for them afterwards. Massive infection after surgery. I got nothing out of physical therapy after going for two months. They did not use any electrical stimulation for my pain, or ice, or any type of stationary bikes. All they did was some type of exercise that never worked. I am now in another pt program after having pain all this time and found their program to be effective for my pain. Don't go to this facility. They don't know what they are doing. In addition I didn't get help for a wrist problem either and had to go somewhere else.
Reading a very good reviews about Dr. Kossler, but my experience with her is absolutely negative. I found her rude, not caring about patients and misdiagnosed.
I want to give 0 but was not allowed. Almost all my doctors at Stanford are doing great job to help me except ONE. My experience with guess service is terrible especially Cynthia Cahilig and Phoebe Brown. They claimed that they are Patient Relation and will take care of our complaints. But NO, nothing but playing games. I complained about that ONE doctor at Stanford. Phoebe Brown called me and left a voice to tell me to call back. I have been to this urgent care many times and I can confidently say all the nurses and doctors are beyond amazing. From bedside manner to being very fast paced I would recommend anyone to go here. If there is any one or two stars I am pretty sure it has to do with the billing because the staff is amazing.
