Dr. Agarwal is smart and knowledgeable. If I was in immediate cardiac danger surely she would be someone you would want to assist you. However, If you wish to learn more about your choices, your body and glean wisdom from her, you will most likely feel nothing but condescention. I have had 4 appointments total with the doctor over the span of 1.5 years and definitely came in against adding more medicine to my body without understanding the need for it. I don't have much to compare to, as this is my first cardiologist experience but I am greatful to have found Dr. Agarwal. She is kind, wise, insightful, intuitive and I feel I can trust my care with her to make a plan. She takes in the patients concerns, listens to how we feel about medication etc, and the times I have needed in-between appointments I have been able to get them with a video visit.
