When I pass through Temple, Meggs is a must stop for brunch. Great food and service. I also love that they support local farmers by buying their produce.
Enjoyed my the omlet and my mom's Belgium waffle rocked too. Service was spot on. Butter for my Mom's waffle was a little hard; but, it was the real deal-so, we're gonna call that a wash, on a cold winter's day...and if hard butter is all you can find to complain about, life in general and Megg's in particular are looking pretty good!

Wow! Where to begin? I started with an iced latte (so good!) and then ordered the Megg's Breakfast Sandwich (eggs, ham, cheddar on fresh country toast with a side of potatoes). I'm not a huge bread eater, but I ate every bite of this sandwich! Service was awesome and I bought a loaf of the country bread to take home. Would definitely recommend Megg's and will stop in next time I'm in town!
