These people told me they were going to bring their own cleaning supplies. Showed up at my house with NOTHING. Cleaner stated she washed the floors with WATER only, insisting that using soap is harmful to a baby. Used 4 rolls of MY paper towels, a roll of toilet paper and 2 bottles of Clorox wipes. Did not clean smudges on TV. Floors were still dusty and unmopped. Observed cleaner using water and a paper towel to clean windows.
