Poor/no response from builder & warranty. Update 1. I emailed that email address before leaving the review and again after the review as requested. Update 8.07. Still dealing with the warranty request. Just jerking us around stating repair person will be there next day. And no show, no call, no response
Buyer Beware — Once They Have Your Money, You’re No Longer a Priority. Getting a response from this company was nearly impossible. We sent multiple emails starting in April, with no reply until mid-May — despite consistent, polite follow-ups. Prior outreach often went ignored or required several attempts just to get a basic answer.
