Megasealed worked on two of my showers. The work undertaken was not bad at all. Their communication was appalling. I had to confirm with them if they were actually coming out, twice. A reminder to make payment was sent 8 hours after the initial invoice was sent out. The first bloke just left the job on two occasions without any word on what the status was and when he finished the job just disappeared leaving equipment behind. The whole experience was very lackluster.

Paul and Simon have been thorough with their itemized quotes and the job was completed to satisfaction(from a professional standpoint) Customer Service was very good from Simon, really did a good job in putting together the fixing for our bathrooms. I would definitely use them again if I have problems. Good work Megasealed team, keep it up! Cheers Arvind
