My dealings with Megasealed are mixed, but factual. There are positives and negatives which I will address in this review but they are based on my genuine experiences. In dealing with their customer service team, I found Renee to be extremely proactive in finding a solution to suit all stakeholders. Very understanding and empathetic. A real positive to the company. The negative is the technician who attended became confrontational when asked to minimise dust ingress into the property due to a health condition of the tenant. ... read more
