awful renovation, rubbish left everywhere, waterproofing incorrect, tiles crooked, wrong tile trim used, holes around taps too big, tradesman abusive. Asked for rework, has taken 3 months to book in, now the tradesman refuses to turn up. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Unprofessional, unorganised. Did not show up for appointments then Daniel became aggressive on the phone because his tilers wanted to access the house even without anyone home and on a day they had already said they would no longer be coming.
Jennifer did a very professional, thorough job and was incredibly friendly to boot.
