The guy broke my lamp after moving it. No one else had touched it, he clearly switched it off and moved it and then lied through his teeth when I asked him about it. Why lie if it’s obvious?
I wasted 3 weeks going through a quoting process with Megasealed. The tradesman rescheduled the quoting appointment twice without customer contact, and after finally attending, took just short of a week to provide “a quote”, or rather a response, missing their communicated quote deadlines twice. The ultimate response was that they didn’t have the capacity to take on the job and they wouldn’t be quoting. It appears to be a one (busy) man operation in my experience. Mega seal have done 2 of my showers and I am overwhelmed with the way they look it's fantastic. Their professionalism and work is outstanding. One shower had the bottom row of tiles water logged and now after 2 months they have dried out and didn't need any replacements tiles. I would recommend them to anyone who's shower needs sealing you will amazed.
