They took my daughters dog collar, leash and all his toys.. He had not been to able to potty in God knows how long. He was thirsty and hungry. They give piss poor animal care. Our family will never use them again and highly advise no one else use them!!!!!
RecommendedHighly recommend! I brought our elderly Scottish terrier, Lola, this week for her first visit. She normally goes to PetSmart for grooming, but they were booked too far out. The staff were very polite and took great care of Lola. Her fur was so soft and fluffy and cut exactly how I wanted it! She smelled so sweet, too! Will definitely book again!
My dogs LOVE it here!! They get so excited every time i say “you want to go to Megan’s?”. The Staff is very friendly and i am so thankful for everything they do to make my babies feel at home. I would never bring my dogs anywhere else!!!
Such a horrible place to send your pet!! If you love your dog do not send them here!! My dog was hurt here and the owner and staff refused to take responsibility for it! I’m disgusted by the level of disrespect and non-professionalism from owner and staff.

I am so sorry you were unhappy with the situation. We have two different employees stating that your baby was not limping while in our care on the day of departure. I did review the camera footage and it shows Koda walking and jumping for joy upon pick up. We are unsure how your baby could be fine while boarding and then not once getting home. Scary and terrible!!!! I got one response they whole weekend... I was worried sick about my 6 month old puppy!! Couldn’t even get them on the phone !! Then once I pick up my dog he looked like he was matted and full of urine all over, smelled terrible!!!!! Oh and he was starving!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!
This is probably the best grooming Reba has gotten!! She looks exactly like a Doodle is suppose to!!
