Literally this lady has no business working with children!! She is insensitive has no bedside manners. She needs to be let go from Lewis Gale. She is no longer allowed to see my children everyone I have spoken with about her has the same concerns and issues they will not let her see their children as well.

My twins were there for well checks and booster shots. She is very good to listen to your concerns. One of them has ADHD and she was very good with them. Very good to deal with.
Megan Smith is an excellent Practitioner. She cares about all her patients, she has patient and she also express concerned about each and every last one of her patients. I would recommend Megan Smith to everyone. If you need a loving person to give care to your child then Megan is the one.
Megan was efficient and personal when seeing my 2.5 year old for a work-in sick appointment. I didn't wait long, her assistant was professional. She was very down to earth and calming. She even called me the next day to check on my daughter. I have never had a medical professional take their personal time to do that. I would highly recommend her!
Really needs to work on her bedside manner, compassion and understanding. Especially when it comes to new parents who are worried and scared for the health of their child. She's a medical "professional" not a judge. Be warned she will shame you and make you feel like a failure as a parent.

I always leave feeling validated in my parenting abilities! She is great at providing direction while also maintaining an affirmation-based conversation so I am able to stay engaged without feeling judged. My son (two years old) LOVES her and we leave with him singing praises about "Ms. Megan". Megan always spends more time in our room than I expect and has helped greatly with our continued nutrition struggle. She's reminiscent of Dr. Beasley (miss him!) and she's our "new favorite".
