SHE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND KNEW WHAT SHE WAS DOING
Dr. Saltzman is a true professional healer. Takes time to review condition, explain causes and options to restore mobility, treat pain and, no pun intended, get the patient back on his or her feet. Highly recommend her and also Dr Lasday, head of this practice.
My appointment could only be made a week ahead for a signicant medical issue. Dr. Saltzman cancels it 24 hours in advance, not due to an emergency, but because SHE'S IN A MEETING. This is unacceptable anfdisrespectful to patients.
Dr Saltzman explained Ned very well her plans for my treatment.
Dr Saltzman has treated my wife and me for several foot and ankle conditions. Without going into tedious details she is our go-to podiatrist, having delivered solutions, I.e. healed. Great communication skills, unhurried examinations, plain language descriptions. She and the entire staff at W. Coast Podiatry are a model of modern medicine and patient attention and relations.
I saw Dr. Megan Saltzman and was incredibly impressed. Her "exam-table-side manner" is superb. She is very knowledgeable, talks in a way a non-doctor can understand, and she gave sound, thoughtful advice and recommendations. Whole Sarasota office was great - especially Melinda who took me back from the waiting room and did all the preliminary work-up and x-rays. I hope I don't need them again but am very happy to know where to go if I do!
I met with Dr. Saltzman this week for a growth (turned out to be a cyst) on my foot. Her staff was friendly and efficient and I saw the doctor within 10 minutes of arrival. She is warm, friendly and professional; she ordered an Xray and within 15 minutes completed her diagnosis. I left in under 1 hour with the cyst aspirated and taped. I have met 3 podiatrists in the area prior to visiting Dr. Saltzman and rate her heads and shoulders above the others.
Dr. Saltzman is caring, thorough and knowledgeable about every aspect of podiatry care. I wholeheartedly recommend her without hesitation~
Aside from the time it took to register and be taken for my exam and consult, I was very pleased with the quality of my care and attention to detail.
