My girlfriend was in the hospital on march 17th she was on the third floor and the nurses were horrible we turned them in and got a report back and it showed that the hospital protects the staff over patients so I hope u never have to go to the third floor because they don’t care about the patient

The worst hospital in central illinois. You are patient # not your name. They blatantly ignored and dismissed every concern my wife had, and were extremely unprofessional, bordering on the line of malpractice and cruel treatment. At one point they placed a sheet over her head and ignored her cries for help. It was supposed to be an easy visit, 5 min what they said, and it took over an hour. They ignored her mental health conditions and she's been having a panic attack since as a result.
been here for four hours, they aren’t working out of the pods , they are working out of the waiting room. Need an an X-ray? Need a ct? They come get you in the waiting area, like the used to in the pod. Start iv’s, do there tests, the bring you back to the public waiting area. No doctor introduction, no explanation of what is going on, just say we are short on rooms. Ridiculous!
