I truly can't say enough about how great Megan is, especially for a first-time homebuyer. Megan understood my goals quickly and was extremely creative in finding the perfect home for me in an unexpected place. She was open with me throughout the process, willing to explain everything in detail and answer all my questions. She was completely transparent through the negotiation process once we found my house, and even went out of her way (3 hours away!) to do the final walkthrough for me when I was unavailable. Megan was so incredible to work with. She is patient, energetic, welcoming, and really cared about what was best for me. She was also such a hype woman when things went in the direction we were hoping they would. Also, part of the reason they went in the right direction were her great negotiating skills. The entire process was so much fun with her, and she will be my realtor for any future needs down the line.

Megan was our realtor for our first home purchase in February and we could not speak more highly of our experience with her. When we had a question she couldn't answer in person, we always got the answer from her within 24 hours. She was knowledgeable in negotiations and didn't mind explaining things multiple times or walking us through different processes in detail. Definitely would recommend and will go back to her when we decide to sell!
