She sent me daily listings and was always available to answer my questions or show me places. She worked with my lender pushing them along to get to closing as close to on time as we could. I enjoyed having Megan as my realtor. She was always responsive and kept us informed. The sale went well. Everybody happy.
Horrible. As the seller this is was one of the worst experiences my family has ever gone through. Megan is unethical and unprofessional and should never be allowed to conduct real estate business. The mistakes that she made along the way, starting with knowingly bringing us a fraudulent pre-approval are unforgiving and she has still never claimed responsibility for her role in this awful transaction. Due to her unethical business practices it cost my family and lender tons of money and time. I'm here to warn others!!

The buyer was qualified 100%. I don't work with buyers that aren't. I'm sorry you feel this way but the proof is that the escrow closed, an impossibility with an unqualified buyer.
