The experience with Megan was fine. Proper details were explained to me and I had the opportunity to ask questions. The only bad/sad part is that referrals were made and I was told that those referrals would follow up with a phone call and an appointment. WRONG- I made follow up calls after two days waiting. I was informed they don’t initiate contact but wait for the patient to call. I was able to schedule one appointment only. The other (oncologist) only offered to call me back.
