No. Dr. Jacobs is not professional. Not only did she scold me for drinking coke products she called me crazy. Sorry, but her bedside manners and poor choice of words to a patient is not appropriate. I found a different doctor who has much more compassion than her. Considering that diabetes is hard to control, and millions of Americans have it, i would have expected pmthat she show some concern and teach me how to manage it rather than call patients names.
