Great service, based on preventive care experiences only.
After I got home I remembered that at previous dental appointments, the dentist examined my tongue by pulling it out. I don't remember if Dr. Megan has ever done this and wondered why not.
Everything was great. Looking forward to my next appointment.
The lady who explained my financial responsibilities was a little fast with her process and procedures. I had to stop her and explain again the payments and then here will you sign on the paper saying I explained this to you. Quick and to the point. Maybe I was just having a stressful morning.
First time I've ever made regular 6 mo appts! Great Dr. and staff. Feel very comfortable going.
I was impressed with the congenial reception, the pleasant waiting room, Christel, Mary Jo and Dr. McKenry. In short, all the personnel. And the view from the chair I found most entertaining, being a bird lover. It sure eased any possible anxiety usually experienced at a Dental office. In spite of this personal touch of the "bird show" I must say it was all quite professional. I look forward to my next visit on May 06. I really appreciate the staff understanding my needs and working to get me schedule to take care of me.
Excellent Dentist and staff! Very concerned on how patient feels and responds to treatment. Dr. Megan is a true Gem! I have not had a dentist in many years that cares the way she does.
I feel that your staff and of course you Dr. Meagan are fabulous and I feel I get the very best care. At this point I wouldn't change anything.
