Always in a rush during appointments. Doesn’t listen or care about patients concerns.

She never sees us we have to make appointments months in advance and then half the time they get canceled. Her office staff is RUDE! They are not efficient they put wrong dates on documents. The billing is often off. She says call if you need anything but can never get us in weather it is an appointment because we are ill or for a care appointment.

Whenever we are sick she sees us right away and if we need a specialist she sets it up. My husband and I have been seeing her as our primary physician for many years.

I've been a patient of Megan's for several years. She also pays attention to what I say, offers alternative treatment options and shows genuine concern for my overall health. She left one establishment and I followed her to the new one.

I called to make an appointment for myself and husband. He only needed a shot so I was told that he could just walk in. We had to cancel that appointment but was again told that he could just walk in. His allergies got worse so we did a walk in. All of the sudden it was a big deal. They questioned us like we were breaking the law or something. They then began asking us about his shot because the Dr. was on leave (ya we know, she is our Dr.) we knew she had a substitute. I have been seeing PA Daniels for about a year and a half. She has been very helpful and Informative. She takes care of me and my wife as we are older now and none of our children live at home and I have been very satisfied. She seems to really care about our health and our family. Reaching the front desk can be very frustrating because it seems like they do not want to answer the phone but every time i have called her staff personally they have taken care of my needs and been very friendly.

Don’t bother trying to come here. It’s a waste of time. She never follows through with appointments and her staff barley answer the phone. You would have better luck just visiting urgent care or even a hospital.

Long wait times and doesn't follow through once you leave the appointment.
