This doctor was extremely rude from the moment she walked in the room. They clearly had an attitude and their questions were extremely passive aggressive. Will never go back.
Used cuss words during my appointment and minimized my pain. She also had a disgusted, confused expression the entire time I was explaining my symptoms. Said she would follow up with me about MRI and PT, yet she never reached out again. I will not be returning to Bird. She lacks professionalism, bedside manner, and basic human respect.

Dr. Bird is the real deal. She is committed to patient care, is transparent in communication and demonstrates tremendous client advocacy.
