We were selling long distance from Portugal and Megan Beauvais could not have made it an easier process. She is a terrific communicator and extremely responsive; she handled all of the required repairs to prepare the property; and she was cognizant of our concerns and mindful about our outgoing costs. She assessed the property, recommended what to do to maximize sales value, dealt with cleaners and landscapers and appraisers, had everything in place so the property sold on the first showing for full price.
