I had to write this review because, honestly, I want to recommend this place to everyone! This was hands down the best experience I've ever had in a group fitness class. I was really nervous to try Lagree, but Sean made the whole process so easy. He was incredibly motivating and turned the class into something fun and rewarding. Absolutely wonderful! Sean is a great instructor, he's patient and takes the time to teach you how to do the exercises properly.
Went to my first Pilates class and man it was definitely humbling. I am an active hybrid athlete, but this was another level. The ambiance and staff were welcoming. The studio was well kept and clean. Being it was my first time, Coach Brandon took his time prior to the class beginning to explain to me step by step what I should look forward to in class.
