Best Lagree Studio I have ever been to. Most challenging class I have been apart of coming from someone who has lived all over the world incorporating lagree 3-4 times a week. Sean is so knowledgeable and creates such a challenging, sculpting full body workout and is so attentive with each participant correcting form and making sure you maximize your capabilities. I feel so much more stronger and toner. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!
I have done Lagree in many cities including Denver, San Diego, San Francisco and various studios in Miami and this was by far one of the best classes I’ve ever taken! Sean is an incredible instructor and his guidance was so helpful. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming and so refreshing. 10/10 would highly recommend! I can’t wait to go back!

I’ve had such a great experience at Megalit Lagree Fitness! Sean is an amazing trainer incredibly attentive, caring, and motivating. His sessions are always challenging in the best way, and he takes the time to individually correct and support you with patience until you get the movements right. Every class feels like progress, both mentally and physically. Couldn’t recommend Sean and this studio enough!
Came to my first class on August 12th for a 7pm class with Sean the first first introductory class I’ve ever had, I’m a current kickboxing fighter so definitely improved my flexibility and core stability within the first class, definitely recommend, Tuesday Night Sean !
