1ST TIME, TRYING TO GET ALIGNMENT SERVICE HERE, SET UP AN APPOINTMENT 1DAY BEFORE, SHOWED UP A LITTLE EARLY, APPOINTMENT ALMOST GOT DENIED, WAITED AROUND WITH UNANSWERED CALLS, NO CALL BACKS. 3HRS LATER STILL NO RESPONSE, HAD2 SEARCH ELSEWHERE FOR SERVICE.
