Stay away...this company is full of are crooks. I rented an apartment from them for 2 years. Our upstairs neighbor's toilet overflowed and caused a lot of water damage to our apartment. The one bedroom's door couldn't open or close correctly because of this damage. We were told that they would send someone out to have a look and fix it--it was untouched for 4 months and never fixed.
