DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! They are very unprofessional and as you can see from other reviews very money hungry. They will find any way possible to get money out of you. We were tenants 2022/2023 and we are cutting our lease short due to us not wanting to deal with anymore. The company they use for water utilities is worse as well.
