Do not deal with MEGA Real Estate Services!MEGA Real Estate Services was a sellers agent in my transaction. They requested a cashiers check with my offer, which I brought. The check was cashed by the buyer, HSBC Mortgages, but offer was NOT accepted within the specified time before our offer expired.Month later I still waiting for this earnest money check!Stay away from MEGA Real Estate Services.
