Absolutely the worst house cleaning service I have ever used. They barely dusted anything in the bedroom. They dusted only the top of the dresser and the top of one night stand. Left the cleaning product unwiped off the bathroom tub, didn't mop the small entry way by the front door, did not mop the kitchen floor, Spent 3 hours doing a 1 bedroom 2 bath, small apartment and did the worst job. See my review of colossal disappointment on Yelp. Unfortunately this review site doesn't permit photo's so you can SEE their neglect for details. ASK THEM FOR INTERNAL COPIES OF ALL RECEIPTS AND BILLING CHARGES and see what they send you. It's a joke. This company totally tales advantage of.people and has shady billing practices atop of an unwillingness to handle customer complaints appropriately. MELANIE is problematic to say the least.
Good experience – I've used Mega maids a couple of times now in my home in Garden Grove and I've had a good experience. The maids are very energetic and they don't work slowly or stand around. I don't even have to be home when they clean which is a big plus. The girl on the phone said that they have insurance and are licensed unlike an independent company. So I feel comfortable with leaving a key hidden for them, and when I come home, everything is done. They're even careful when they clean my home office. Good times!

Good experiences! I have used Mega Maids 6 or 7 times now and I have never experienced anything negative, either with the maids or the office staff when I call. They are accomodating to my schedule which can be a bit hectic with 3 sons! FANTASTIC CLEANING SERVICE – I have used this company's services 3 times and I am so pleased!!!! The office staff is friendly, the cleaning staff is prompt and the cleaning job is great! They handled my belongings with care and were done in a timely fashion. I will be using thier services every month and I will definitely refer MEGA MAIDS to my friends and family!!!!!!
Outstanding cleaning service I was really in a bind and had 4 hours to get my house picked up before my company was to arrive!! I took a chance and called Mega Maids because they offer same day service. They accomodated me within the hour and did an AWESOME job!!!!! Their cleaners are efficient and quick.
