Courteous, professional, transparent, informative, cooperative, polite. They worked diligently to help deliver a vehicle to a residential location. Best ever customer service I experienced. A standard by which all others should be measured. I am a wheelchair user. I made a vehicle purchase over the internet, **** mi from my home. **** Y HAD VEHICLE SHIPPED FROM SOUTH ******* TO *********, VERY REASONABLE ON COST, TIMELY DELIVERY, JUST LACKED COMMUNICATION DURING THE WHOLE PROCESS OTHER THEN THAT IT WAS GREAT.
Terrible, do not use this company. I only wish there was a rating of less then one star. Kept calling me to pick up the car, five times, I kept telling them that the car had to be picked up in Chicago, not Florida. They call me and say the car will be delivered at 5pm, then call again and say it will be delivered at 6pm then called and said 9pm then called and said 945pm then called and said 1030pm. Them and Shwrpa auto transport should never be used. I only wish there was less then one star.
They destroyed a classic car I had shipped, attempted to deliver it like nothing happened and Maggie responded by saying that's what you get for using a nonenclosed carrier and going cheap. STILL CHARGED ME FOR THE SHIPMENT AND GOING ON 3 YEARS AND THEY HAVE REFUSED TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGES. The false advertisement that your vehicle is insured during transport is the icing on the cake. IT IS NOT!!!
Recently used Mega Load to ship our car cross country. They picked up our car early to assure that it would arrive at our destination before we did but did not notify us beforehand on when they were coming. I had to call them repeatedly to get updates and the woman I talked to was borderline belligerent to me (the CUSTOMER). Then was told the car may not arrive at the destination due to mechanical issues enroute but they never provided any details and continually mis-stated the estimated delivery window. Mega Loan shipped my car from ******* to Chicagoland and were a huge disappointment. They never answered their phone when called by me or our dealer to find out Eta date of delivery, their voicemail was full, they called with a half hour warning for delivery when we didnt even know the day; they stated the wrong delivery address which I said was wrong and told them the correct address; they insisted on unloading and driving my car over even when I told them I want to meet in a parking lot to unload as my street was under con... read more
My vehicle was damaged during transport, it was hail damage during their possession. I hired an auto hauler who advertised "insured" transports only to find out that they are not insured for auto transports. They refused to cover any damage for substantial hail damage and I had to use my insurance and pay my deductible. I paid them for the transport and will be the last time I used them.
COVID complicated everything for us all! This winter our family was in a health crisis and needed to avoid having an older family member driving across several states alone. Alice provided excellent communication to keep us up-to-date with all the logistics for the pick up and delivery. The drivers and service technicians were compassionate and even provided touchless delivery to allow our family to self-quarantine upon arrival. The service was exceptional. This company drivers are Reckless.. I just saw one of them trying to run a car off the road in I-95 going north by Hollywood Blvd In Florida just because they were not speeding and apparently he was in a rush. Dangerous Reckless Drivers. This company should be shot down.
