Mega JC is an incredible workout with friendly instructors and a clean, inviting atmosphere! The evo only classes are super intense and will most definitely have your muscles shaking. This is the first studio that I’ve tried any type of lagree/pilates reformer workout and it’s safe to say that I’m loving it! The megaformer was intimidating to me at first, but the instructors go over how it works when you attend your first class. Sore for days, feeling stronger and I’m always excited to go back. Would definitely recommend !!
I’ve been doing 15 classes and I love it. It’s a great combination of strength toning and cardio. Instructors are very helpful and the studio is very clean.
I’ve attended over 20 classes at Mega JC and try to come almost every week. I’ve trained with several different instructors, and they’re all friendly, approachable, and full of energy, which makes the sessions very enjoyable. The class format is well designed—half EVO and half running—so you really get a full-body workout. The environment is also great, with clean facilities and upbeat music that keeps you motivated. Mega JC is my favorite studio, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and effective workout.
Mega Studios provides a great full-body workout. The combination of Lagree and Technogym equipment is effective, and the classes are suitable for a range of fitness levels.
This place is the best. I come every week! The instructors are amazing! Highly recommend!!
