Went to enquirer about memershio: Asked: “Do you have literature to take home?” NO “Do you have female only hours for my wife?” NO “Do you have personal trainers available?” No “Do you have group trainers?” NO Great order takers but no problem solvers at this business. .Pretentious and curt. Just don’t if you’re serious about a health routine. Mega Joke. Really guys? Can you not even find ONE employee who cares???? Sorry we bothered you.
I’ve been going to the gym on and off at Mega Gym for around 2 years. Anytime I have needed to pause or restart my membership they have been wonderful. I have to say it’s been one of the cleanest gyms I have been too with one of the most respectful environments and have felt comfortable there for a while. One thing I wish I knew more about was how to get started with working with a trainer on some of my goals.

I’ve previously filed a complaint with BBB requarding my gym cancellation that was “never in the system”. I made the mistake of losing my copy of the cancellation form and didn’t realize until about 4 months later that they had still been charging me. I figured it was a simple mistake so I went in person to resolve the issue but was told there was no record of my cancellation and since I didn’t have my copy the only thing they could do was cancel my membership again.
